This piece was written during the first month of the Covid-19 pandemic and recorded in my home studio in Ottawa, Canada. At first I had put together some guitar figures and then improvised a piano melody over each section. From there, I sent the music to Erik, asking him to double the melody and then add whatever else he liked. For Mike, I just said "you do you." Both players recorded their respective parts in the safety of their own homes.
